Born in the Citroën factory in Nanterre
Founded by an assistant of Abram Neiman, the inventor of the steering lock, in the heart of the Citroën factory in Nanterre. The first company to reproduce a car key from a code: keys, locks and neimans for the aftermarket.
Partner to production lines
From the historic workshop at 32 rue des Venets in Nanterre, supplier to Citroën Aulnay until 2000 for end-of-line problem correction. In the 1990s, the company expanded its multi-brand expertise with CNC machines, sinusoidal cutting and bi-laser cutting.
The Paris Motor Show and the national press
The company exhibits at the Paris Motor Show. Le Parisien, Auto Plus, Moto Journal and Challenges praise the key recut "in fifteen minutes" to the manufacturer's original specifications, shipped the same day across France.
Cap technologique transpondeur
Maîtrise des transpondeurs (Megamos, HITAG, Philips), des télécommandes plip puis des Smart Keys. Industrialisation de l'atelier avec machines numériques, laser et mécaniques.
Partenariats constructeurs
Premier accord-cadre avec Nissan France, suivi par Hyundai, Mazda, Mitsubishi. Plus de 20 ans de partenariat continu avec les marques constructeurs qui valident notre catalogue et nos compétences.
Acquired by the GENKEYS group
The company is acquired by the GENKEYS group, backed by a family office, with a clear ambition: to give international reach to the La Clé Rapide and Cleferm houses, while preserving the workshop craftsmanship that has built their reputation since 1957.
Move to Chatou
The workshop leaves 32 rue des Venets in Nanterre for 2 rue de la Paroisse in Chatou (78). A single site where all services are performed in-house, without subcontracting. The phone number itself has never changed.
